POA Nyumbani respects your right to control your personal information.
POA Nyumbani respects your right to control your personal information. You may request permanent deletion of your POA Nyumbani account and the personal data associated with that account.
Delete from inside the app
If you can still sign in, the fastest way to delete your account is from within the app:
- Open Profile / Settings
- Go to Account → Delete Account
- Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted
This permanently removes your account and anonymises the personal data associated with it.
Request deletion without accessing the app
What will be deleted
After identity verification, POA Nyumbani will delete or anonymise personal information associated with the account where applicable, including:
- Account / profile information
- Service and support requests
- Other personally identifiable data associated with the account
Information that may need to be retained
Limited information may be retained where required by law, fraud or security prevention, dispute resolution, safeguarding, legitimate programme reporting obligations, or other applicable regulatory requirements. Such retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes.
POA Nyumbani does not promise deletion of information that legally must be retained.
